Group Classes

A small, welcoming space to come back to yourself. All classes are kept intentionally small so there’s room to breathe, adjust, and be seen, not just another mat in a busy studio.

No experience is needed for any of these classes. If you’re returning to movement after a break, recovering from something, or simply new to yoga, you’re welcome exactly as you are.


Current Class Schedule

Hatha Yoga — The Sanctuary Studio Mondays 9.30am A grounded, steady practice working with posture, breath and awareness. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Flow — Chellington Wellbeing Centre, Suffolk Road Tuesdays 6.30pm A slower, fluid practice linking breath and movement. Ideal for those who want to unwind at the end of the day.

Hatha Yoga — Village Hall Thursdays 10.00am A morning class with an emphasis on ease and alignment. Particularly popular with those returning to yoga or managing ongoing health conditions.

Gentle Flow — The Sanctuary Studio Saturdays 9.00am A gentle, unhurried start to the weekend. Open to all.


All classes are £12 drop-in or £40 for a block of four. Please arrive five minutes early for your first class. Mats and props are provided.
