Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, The Sanctuary offers a warm and welcoming environment where every body is respected and every level is valued. Our classes are designed to help you find stillness within movement, strength within softness, and clarity within the noise of daily life.

Our Classes
Hatha Yoga — A gentle, grounding practice focusing on breath, alignment and awareness. Perfect for beginners and those seeking a slower, more meditative pace.
Vinyasa Flow — A dynamic flowing practice linking breath to movement. Builds strength, flexibility and focus.
Yin Yoga — Slow, deep and restorative. Long held postures release tension in the connective tissues and quiet the mind. Ideal for stress relief and recovery.
Yoga Nidra — Guided deep relaxation and meditation. Come exactly as you are. No mat required.
Beginners Yoga — A six week introduction to yoga covering the foundations of breath, posture and practice. A gentle and supportive start to your journey.
About Our Teacher
Jane has been practising yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for eight. Trained in the Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, she brings warmth, humour and deep anatomical knowledge to every class. Jane believes yoga is not about perfection — it is about presence.
Practical Information
Classes run throughout the week in our light-filled studio. All equipment is provided. Please arrive five minutes before your first class.
