Yoga Therapy — One-to-One Sessions
Yoga therapy is not a yoga class. It’s a quiet, unhurried conversation between you, your body, and your breath — guided by someone who is trained to listen to all three.
In a one-to-one yoga therapy session, we work together to explore what your body needs right now. That might mean gentle movement, breathwork, restorative postures, or simply learning to pause. Sessions are shaped entirely around you — your history, your body, your pace.

People come to yoga therapy for many different reasons: chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, recovery from illness or surgery, stress, or simply a feeling that something is out of balance and they’re not sure what. You don’t need any experience of yoga. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to show up.
Before we begin
I’d love to have a conversation before we book your first session. A free 20-minute Zoom call gives us both the chance to talk through what you’re hoping for, ask any questions, and make sure we’re a good fit for each other. There’s no obligation and no pressure.
To arrange your free call, get in touch via the contact page.
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place at the studio in the Cotswolds.
