What’s included:
On the technical side? I set each website up to include SEO, security, automatic backups and I give you a 20 minute handover training session so not only can you edit your own text and imagery but you can check that everything is running smoothly. Not sure what to say? Or what colours to use?
You’re not alone! The problem is — you don’t know what to say. What should go on what page? It’s enough to give you a bad case of writers block.
Then there’s a problem of colour and co-ordination. You’re not sure what colours say the right thing about you and your business, and you certainly don’t have time to figure it out between clients.
No problem… that’s where I come in.
With a background in editorial, creative writing, design and professional photography, I don’t just put your site together. I help you work out what to say and how to say it, choose colours and layouts that communicate the right things to the right people.
And once your site is live, if you’d rather someone else handled updates, security and backups — you can book me by the half hour to do a health check and any updates to your copy and images.
What about SEO, Security and Maintenance?
Your site will come with basic SEO setup, and basic security setup and advice. If you’re organised your hosting with my recommended supplier you will have 24/7 technical support from them. The service is incredibly reliable I choose not to do an affiliate hosting through them simply because I want you to have direct access to their support without any middle barrier. Your training session on handover will include advice on how to maintain your site. For a health check and any larger changes you can book me by the half hour subject to current rates. Special half hour/hour rates are set for this for clients.

Pricing
I’ve kept pricing simple and modular so you can build a package that suits your business — without paying for things you don’t need.
Starter — £350
Three pages — typically home, about and contact. A clean, professional online presence for new businesses or sole practitioners getting started. Includes domain and hosting setup, SEO foundations, Google Search Console setup, security and automatic backups configured, and a 20-minute handover Zoom session so you can manage your own site with confidence.
Standard — £550
Five pages of your choice. Everything in Starter, plus: Copywriting support if required Background effects and design treatments such as parallax scrolling and including three bespoke graphic elements — custom buttons, shaped image treatments, decorative section elements to make it truly yours.
Build Your Own Package
Add to either starting package based on what you actually need:
Additional pages — £60 per page
E-commerce setup — £225
Booking system setup — £225
Additional bespoke graphic elements — £40 per element
Stock image sourcing and licensing — at cost, license transferred to you on completion
Hourly rate for existing clients — £60 per hour, chargeable by the half hour
How It Works
50% deposit required before work begins. Balance due on approval before the site goes live. If you’d prefer me to build directly on your own hosting from the start, full payment is required upfront.
All sites are built on WordPress. You own your domain, your hosting and your website outright
— nothing is tied to me.
Additional Costs
Stock images: it is important to be aware that images downloaded from stock maybe copyrighted for commercial use. You can supply your own images or I can source images for you. Any commercial licensing charged at cost and included in your statement with license transfer to you. I can provide advice if required so please don’t worry. I’m here to support and advise.
Image creation and editing: I can create simple graphics and image editing, colour matching and composition for consistency across your brand in Canva or Photoshop for buttons, boxes and headers on your website. Simple work is included in your package if you require large amounts of imagery and editing this will be quoted and agreed before work commences. How it works:
We start with a free conversation to talk through what you need. Once we’ve agreed the scope, I build your site on my own development environment so you can review and approve everything before it goes live — nothing is published until you’re happy. I then transfer the finished site to your hosting and hand over full control.
50% is payable upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on approval before the site goes live. If you’d prefer me to build directly on your own hosting from day one, full payment is required upfront.
