This privacy policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit this website or use my services.
What data I collect
When you use the contact form on this website I collect your name and email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
When you become a client I collect the information necessary to provide the services we have agreed, which may include your name, contact details, business information and any other details relevant to the work.
How I use your data
I use your data only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you have engaged me for. I do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. I do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required to deliver agreed services or where required by law.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for six months. Client data is retained for six years in line with HMRC requirements for business records, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data where there is no legal requirement to retain it, and object to or restrict processing of your data.

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All client work is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
